Social media outlets, especially Twitter, are becoming a great resource in learning about college coaches and their baseball programs.  Almost every school now has a team account that constantly updates news and notes from the program as a whole, and many individual coaches have their own accounts where they post about coaching, their teams, and their recruiting travels.  This is a great way to get a first-hand look into the lives of coaches and their teams,  and to get a feel for what they are like.  Additionally, it is also an easy way to find out about teams and programs you otherwise may not have known about.

For these reasons we created our ‘Around Baseball’ page, which includes an aggregation of all of the college teams and coaches who are on Twitter.  Updates from around the country are posted constantly and more teams and coaches are added as they come along.  If you are not on Twitter, make sure you sign up and being to follow these other users from around college baseball.
